Neighbourhood Plan Policy PEN3 Flood Risk and Natural Flood Management identifies that Major Development should include provision of SuDs. We find many smaller developments can present as much flood risk and environmental harm as large developments due to the nature of the catchment, lack of space on site for attenuation and viability concerns.
