Consultation on our Licensing Act 2003, Statement of Licensing Policy 2021-2024
The Licensing Authority is required to publish and review it's Statement of Licensing Policy under the Licensing Act 2003. This policy gives guidance and describes the legal framework under which licenses for alcohol, entertainment and late night refreshment are granted. This is a "light touch" revision to update legislative references, and to ensure the policy is fit for purpose.
We welcome your thoughts on the policy.
