In terms of employment you have allocated 12.1 ha of employment development at Portishead, Clevedon, Nailsea. Whilst this is understandable in terms of increasing self containment I wonder how this accords with your approach to greenbelt/Greenfield development. If this is largely development on previously developed land, are there sufficient opportunities to ensure this is deliverable?
